Ok, I put in the/a new motor:

It fit in just like the stock one. Taking out the stock motor was a little bit of a pain, but it all worked out. I stripped my pinion gear set screw (the screw/gear on the motor) a I had
to buy another pinion gear. My local hobby shop was out of the 16 teeth gear (our stock gear), so I had to get a 15 teeth. I'm not sure how it ran stock(I never drove it stock),
but it is a really fast car! This car was the best deal ever!
