.61 max would be pretty gay.... A lot of the warbirds are running big YS engines and I'm sure they would like to compete as well. Also, take in to consideration wild one off speed planes like Sir charles's Slip Stream.... it's a .91.
I can understand no jets... and no "anything that looks deadly" but .61..?...?... Go Big!
