T-Maxx gear stripping?
Ya make sure your mesh is correct if you are in doubt put a piece of paper in between the gears when you adjust the motor mount so you get the proper clearance between the spur and clutch bell, also make sure you blue locktite your motor mount screws so they don't vibrate loose
