Refurbished Hitec servo's??
Just recently purchased 4 Hitec 625 MG's from an online seller.All 4 were in Hitec boxes marked correctly with parts packages complete.
Noticed something a little funny about some markings on two of the boxes and servo's after I installed the 4 of them in a new plane am wondering if anyone has an answer.
There's a little sticker in the upper right corner of the two boxes that depict what looks like a little green tree or a leaf of some kind. All 4 servo's have a little round sticker on one end of the case with 3 digits printed on them. The 2 servo's that came in the cases in question also have the same tree/leaf image in the center of that little round sticker.
I'm having a problem with 2-3 of the servo's. They chatter at the end limits (not even set at full throw) whether the horns and control surfaces are attached or not. That's why i even looked closer at the markings in question. Also because the seller priced them a good $8-9 cheaper than anywhere else and makes me wonder........
anyone know anything about these stickers???
Does Hiec put refurbed servo's out there for sale?
