Default RE: Electric Osmose Building

ORIGINAL: Andy P.

Isaac,

I am simply astounded at the finish quality on your Osmose, your dedication to fine detail is truely admirable and I wish to thank you for the continued contribution to your thread and of course the undoubted help that this documentation is going to help modellers on a world wide level.

May I ask you a few questions:

What spray gun(s) do you use for the base colour and other colours?
Do you use the same spray gun for the clearcoat?
What pressure do you use at the spraygun?
And finally, what make/brand of paints do you use for each colour?

Answers to these questions will help me enormously as I will be spraying my Twisters soon and these will be the first project I have ever tried to paint![sm=confused_smile.gif]

Kind regards,

Andy.
Hi Andy

For all the colors and the clearcoat I use a very simple and cheap airbrush, it cost about 40$-50$, I think it had been sold by Hambrol, you can see it in post 153.
Only for the base color and the white color I use a little bigger airbrush.
I use pressure of about 5-6 bar.
I use DuPont car paints.

Regards,

Isaac Najary
