Would be interesting to see a flame out of one motor at top speed.
If you hold full aileron towards the dead engine (if you can figure out which one that is on a 200mph airplane spinning toothpicks at 28k) you should be able to climb like a monocopter, and perhaps by modulating the aileron you could simply maintain altitude until the other one quits. Or maybe gently bring it down to the tall grass and.. well, okay, I see the problem.

Anyway you should have at least 73 milliseconds to figure out which helpful control inputs are needed before it piles in. That's assuming the fuel cutoffs don't work of course, but aren't those for wimps?
