Webra is good for 1-2 laps on the field at each race, great running beasty. Will pull 10 X 10 around 19K.

One of several things:
#1 you need a new tack. (happened to me)
#2 you made a typo.
#3 you mistakenly remembered the specs
#4 the prop is different or it is badly stalled/turbulent from molding flash or damaged.
#5 Jett should throw in the towel to Webra. Not gona happen.
The best I've ever witnessed is an APC 9X10 at 16800 on a Mac's tuned pipe with 10%. That's very respectable performance.
The specs you quote are almost 5 HP.
