overdrivest checked out that diff box, and everything looks rather good. Im sure a new set of bearings wouldnt hurt but the manual doesnt help much. Shows different bearings in there but the 10-5-4 numbers dont match up with parts listed in the manual. If you can do me favor jus go to your volcano and see if you can move the spur gear from front to back a little. Im thinking it might be normal i dont know. Do any of you know the part number for the differential gearboxs bearings? For whats its worth im gonna give it some new bearings. Oh well ima go put it back together for know...
hasnt hurt it much yet since ive drove it this way.
