I believe you can attach pictures on here but it's always worth having a photobucket/imageshack/flickr (etc etc) type account anyway.
Once you do just upload them into your account and there's normally an option to copy BB Code, which is what you need to post here. Or find the URL of the picture and post it between the image tags.
