Just something to try after playing with the 9x9 ......
since you have a bunch of time on the engine....
10x6 and 10x7
just use good sense on the needle position on the 10x7... it may not fully stage on the pipe on the ground. One way to do this is to set the ground peak mixture using the 10x6 first, then just switch props.
The patriot is a big, draggy plane. I think it can use the disk area. That is why the YS setup is pulling like that... better balance of prop size and plane drag/size.
Of note, testing the 60LX on the Sundowner was getting into the 130-140 mph range. Sounds like you in that same ballpark with the Patriot.
