Yes it will be hard to find as those parts seems to be metrical, I remember that I bought that piece for my Magnum 120, but I did it looking to have a spare part because I wanted to make a hole at the exhaust header tube to use it with a smoke system. That was a personal preference, I wanted to have the original tube untouch.
