Gws A-10...speed 400 Pusher?
I was wondering if anyone has tried to fly this nice looking bird with a direct drive speed 400 pusher set-up? This is my second A-10 and am not happy with performance. I want to avoid upgrading both fan units and end up spending $100. With the stock set-up AUW was 16.5 oz. I have now removed both fans and installed a direct drive speed 400 that came out of my retired Projeti. AUW including motor and 8-cell battery is 21 oz. Does anyone have any idea if this would work? Any advice would be highly appreciated.
