RE: USED Rc stuff? Good deal?
Sounds like a good deal to me, I would replace all the batteries and start them fresh. I have never lost a plane to a bad battery and don't plan to start now, if I am not 110% sure about a battery I get a new one.

I have done some wheeling and dealing and it looks like you could turn around and sell some of the stuff and get your money back down the road.
