Hey Borgie,

With the plane on a bench and well secured, let the engine come up to operating temperature. Make sure you have someone securing the plane. Open the throttle to wide open and then adjust the high end needle out (rich) untill you notice a significant drop in rpm. Start turning the needle in untill you reach the highest rpm, and then back it back out untill you notice a drop of about 200 rpm. I would personally run two gallons of break-in fuel before you start going too lean though.
