sounds like a missing tooth on servo gear badboy...thats what mine did. Pull the 4 screws out of bottom and seperate in the middle..not the bottom where circuit board is. If ur only missing one or two teeth..turn it 180 degrees (so missing teeth face away from the engaging gear. Will work for a while if u didnt take out to may teeth (i lost 4..was too many)
