RE: space hopper???
I have one I bought at the time. Gave it to a friend and got it back a few years ago. The piston is a two part piston. I replaced it with a modern Cox piston and ran it on the bench. It is a powerful engine, as was the Thermal Hopper. Going to build something for it one day.
