Default RE: wing tube

Couple of things you can do.

First is to wax the wing tube using a good auto wax. Sounds strange but it helps. The next presumes you have cardboard type tube sockets. Second is to obtain a piece of pvc pipe that will loosely fit inside the tube sockets in the wing. Use contact cement to stick a piece of 80g sandpaper around the pvc pipe. LIGHTLY sand the inside of the tube sockets. Don't go crazy and sand them paper thin and don't push the pvc through any closed off socket ends.!!! Use another pice of pipe with some 220 paper wrapped around it to knock off any burrs created by the 80g. Just a quick pass or two with the 220 is enough. If you have fiberglass sockets nix the 80g and only use the 220g.

You should not sand the outside or inside of a carbon fiber tube.
