You connect the red from the charger to the red of the pack. And the black from the charger to the black on the pack farthest from the red. this charges all cells in series. The intermediate black wires are for balancing the pack (basically charging each cell independently). Make sure you have a LIPO charger when you charge any lipo pack. even better is to get a balancing LIPO charger or a balancing adaptor. Then you use all the conductors coming from the pack.
