It's clean, just discolored almost black now? will the antifreeze bring back the original color?

Nope, the surface has been etched by the caustic stuff in the oven cleaner.

And if you get any inside the carb, into the exhaust, or the bearings, you got "trouble in River City".

There does happen to be a safe sprayon cleaner you can get in grocery stores. And it works in the Kitchen. It's DAWN Power Dissolver. It works and doesn't etch what it contacts. You still don't want to get it into those holes.
