You could do that on a (ZAP, but I am not sure on the radio you mentioned.
The 9ZAP has a flight condition, with one switch you could change everything in the radio, including all of the ATV settings, subtrims etc. Or you sould literally drive one channel from 2 controls, one the stick and one a switch.
Also there are other electronics around that will do this on the reciever side if you want to go that way.
