Well I finally got the canopies and it was definitely worth the wait. Graham did a wonderful job with the aluminum riveted frame. Here are some pictures. Oh yeah he even sent me a real nice Polo shirt. What a Guy! I think I might just make the 2nd canopy stationary now because if I screw up the 1st one cutting it I don't want to chance it on the second one. They don't judge on that anyway. You will be able to see the pilot and interior without having it open. After talking to some people like Darrell at Sierra, stationary might be the best way to go. He said he has seen many canopies blow off when in flight and said if I do anything just make it hand operated and have tiny screws on each side to hold the bubble secure when it's shut and going to be in flight.
