RE: 1/4 Scale F4U-1A Don Smith Plans Build
After getting my documentation papers back from staples and having them blown up 200% it was obvious that the bump just behind the pilots head on the cockpits rear bulkhead was curved and not tall enough. I have been working on that all day and just finished applying a thin coat of putty to make the higher bump smooth. It is also supposed to be a straight line from where it starts to rise to the end. My previous one had a curve to it so it looks awful. I painted my spark plugs today but missed some spots and when I took the picture to post it I noticed them. The paint is put away so I'll fix it when I paint the red leads.
