The nose had to come off!

I could not come up with a secure forward fixing that would allow the servo deck to be removable, to gain access to batteries and servos without getting into the nose cone area.

Took the nose off forward of the decks foremost position, and fabricated a notched piece of FR4 board. The securing will be done via a carbon rod fixed to the servo tray that passes into the notch, this in tern should keep the front section secure. The tray will be secured at the servo end via some screws into beach block mounted to a former which will be aeropoxied into the base of the nose just forward of the canard mountings.
