I don't know if it does or not, but I think it has slightly more ground clearance! You take a look at the shocks on this thing, it looks like it uses longer connector at the end, but I don't think the shock itself is any longer.
But in regular touring car, you don't really compress the shocks all the way anyway even when you push the car down. So I'd guess that it also has slightly more travel.
