How fresh is your fuel? Before you give up on the Picco...get an O.S. #8 plug and some Odonnel or Byrons but not traxxas top fuel and see how it runs. Whenever a buddy of mine gives me his motor to look at I run some FRESH fuel, change to a good plug and make sure the fuel filter isn't clogged and it usually runs fine.
