Default RE: Extreme Flight 110" 100cc Yak 54 Build!

ORIGINAL: bblizzard

hi,

need some help, has anyone tried a bme 105, mine (has the 110 case) with stock muff's fly the 110 yak ok? just not sure because of it's larger than average size. my motor turns about 6400 with a vess 27a, flew my bvm edge just fine and wieghs about 2 lbs less than the da-100. i saw where some guys used a kroma 100 but not sure how that compares to the bme 105.
any thought's would be a great help! trying to decide between the ef 110 yak and the new qq 101 yak

thanks, brad
The 110" Yak is a 35% that presents itself like a 40%. I have 32 flights on mine & I absolutely love it. my flyimg buddy has a 118" Yak, and he says mine flies just like his. I highly recommend the 110" Yak. If your BME 105 turns a Vess 27A @ 6400 rpm, you will have a real performer on your hands. This plane is bigger than a 40% Edge 540. Mine has 8 gal. through it on a Bolly 26x10 break-in prop @ 6500 rpm. and it has unlimited vertical,, & great pull out of a hover.
