Balancing Goldberg Ultimate
Exactly where it should balance is a personal preferance. Since you have flown it, you know it's not too tail heavy to fly.
But since it is "too touchy" you have two options, add nose weight (or move some equipment forward), or turn down the control throws.
Whichever way you go, make minor adjustments until the plane flies the way you want it to.
