I never ran more than 10% nitro. Never as hydrolocked that I remember but even that should not cause this. I can tell by the break that it has actually been cracked for quiet some time before letting go.

This is the engine I bought from Chief Aircraft just before the one you sent me so it is the same age. What really bites is that the two parts are as much as a new motor.
