collective pitch is short for cyclic collective pitch mixing (or management) which is often shortened to ccpm. you don't turn on or off ccpm, it's how the heli is designed to work. Your heli is ccpm. In order to do 3D or inverted flight you need to turn on the "idle up" or "stunt mode" switch.
