a stock La should turn a apc 7x5 at 18,500-18,800. with some engine work 20,000 is not to far away.
I have a old fp 15 on a 220sq" mes 109 and it does 119 with muffler with no dive. all the guys at the club hate it when i take it up against there bigger planes and i only use 2 ounces of fuel
