Nothing that looks like a common HARM product or is related to HARM.
HARM is not specialised in plastic cars, they are more high-end orientated with an alloy line of cars.
Using someone else his brand name to attract sales is what it is.
I would be very carefull myself.
But hey maybe it is an excellent clone (though I doubt this) and worth the penny
