Dan I am using a Ryobi 9 inch band saw # BS900 I bought couple years back, I am using a 1/4inch wide blade about 6 teeth per inch on the balsa and ply. It seems like about a year ago no matter where I buy them probably now inported, they do not cut as smooth and they tend to rip a little on the backside, anyways still better than hand cutting, george.
