I just got an email from the seller and he says the manual that came with it says Hyper 8 Pro but no matter what the manual says it is RTR parts. I did not notice the other set of knuckles and hope they are the good ones as the RTR break REAL easy.
RTR
Has alloy servo tray and center diff top plate. Has a stamped chassis, stamped shock towers cast knuckles and other lower quality parts.
Pro
Has carbon fiber servo tray and center diff top plate. Machined chassis, CNC knuckles, CNC shock towers and many other higher quality parts. In my opinion is not worth what you paid but that is just me.
Go to Ofna who is the importer here in the states for Hobao who makes the Hyper and look at the two or Hobao web site.
If you notice on the radio box where it has a red sticker with what looks to be a 5 this is the frequency number for a RTR that comes with a radio and a pro kit does not.
