Well on some MTs the head sticks up out of the body to help keep it cool and for good looks.
When you flip your head might hit something and crack or break off a part of your head. My friends savage we where running down the road tried to turn and it flipped over and when I got down there it was broke off. So then we put on a .25 and put the zipties on it so that dont happen again.
