In the past, I've been part of things that were fast... but you kind-a had to work to go fast. This bike, for me, is just the opposite. I have to work to NOT go fast. It rev's to just under 14K but pulls like a truck at 3K. It has 6 gears but does 96 mph in 1st. It is smooth, quite (from the saddle), stable, and agile... at really numerically scary speeds. It is speed governed and 186(!) mph. I think all of these attributes is the reason so many people get hurt with this toy and why my insurance is so hight.... It's not be cause it is
difficult to ride fast.... it's because it
easy to ride fast. Even at 48, going the
right speed is tough.
