Can you get to the starter shaft,
through the shock tower with a 1/4 drive extension?? If so you can use the one-way barring and a socket with a cordless drill to start it! I did this with my first .21 converted Maxx but, I had to buy a New Era shock tower that is made for the Yank eliminator!
P.S. It worked great! Just to let everyone know! I bought a regular "Yank Eliminator" and they suck! It lasted only a week or so, I bought one more thinking maybe I did something wrong and it lasted a week as well! The one-way barring lasted for about 4 gallons of fuel and it was just a stock Traxxas barring!
