Yes, there is a lot of air to displace with a 4" thick wing so I don't think that it would be a sound breaker. I have a Rossi 90 which is rated at what, 5.5 horse at 22k?
or in that neighborhood. It's been awhile since I read the specs. That should be enough to haul it around faster than most planes at the field. Granted it won't be like my duster, but like a big brother that is easier to see.
