RE: Miss Martha's Speed ?
Hey Tooo Fast,
What version of the Miss Martha do you have the plans for? I have plans for the 40 size Miss Martha 5 and I want to build one. I have also scaled up the plans to build a 60 size Miss Martha.
If I may suggest, take a close look at how your wing is attached to the plane. The reason I'm pointing this out is there was a club member where I fly that put a YS45 2 stroke on a Ultra Stick 40 which has ths same wing mounting system my Miss Martha plans show and the wing separated from the fuse during a high speed level pass.[:@] It was quite spectacular, but it didn't do the motor any good to be left out for a few weeks in the woods before it was found...[:'(]
Good luck with your plane. I'd like to hear about how it turns out.
