RE: Pipsqueek
I have that magazine, I wanted to build that plane, but the idea of radio gear being perminently mounted in it with no hatches for access scared me away at the time, because I had to use the same gear to swap to my other planes back then.
I believe the Doubler was kitted well after the Pipsqueek plans were published. Im not sure. That would have been fun to have both at the same time. I loved my Doublers, I'm thinking this little PipSqueek may have influenced the bigger Doubler design.
It would be interesting to see if that was the case or not.
