I had the same problem this morning with their web site. It seems to be off line...but I did call them yesterday, but I don't have their phone number with me. I used the web site to get their phone number, but I was not able to get it to come up today. They are very much in business, and I ordered a set of 90 deg. rotating retracts from them yesterday. As soon as I can get their phone number, I'll post it here for you.

Central hobbies called me today and confirmed my on-line order I placed last night, for the Titanium struts. The struts are being airmailed to me today. That is very good service.
