The main point is that the falcon went down behind trees and seemed to get away with it pretty well. The wings were almost undamaged other than the leading edge of one. However any impact can cause fractures and being that this is a film covered machine, those fractures can be hidden.
We didn't feel that the structure was not airworthy in any way but wanted to get as many flights on it at Bickley before considering taking it to a public event.
It seems we made the right choice!
Anyway, as said before, the new one is underway and really looking forward to getting it in the air
