I had a Saito 72 in my kit i had, flew great, 1/2 to just 3/4 throttle. the ONLY gas engine to be considered for this plane would be the Saito FG20, but as todays modelers say, bigger is better
This is a scale plane, it doesn't need monster power, oh wait, i hear the 'thats why we have throttle servos argument'
I agree. It's not the HP that's the problem, it's the torque. The little vert stab can't compensate enough to make it a fun flying airplane when it's way over powered.
