Savage 21 idles for 20 minutes.
After the engine is broken in and tuned properly it should not idle through a tank like it does during break in. While it is probably a bit lean, chances are its not so lean that it will cause you problems. If you have good power, a nice trail of blue smoke while running , and decent temps, you will be fine. I have mine set to idle fine for about 30 seconds before it starts to load up and needs to be cleared out.
