David, thanks!

Thomas, I am using aluminum tube from a local metals supplier so the tolerances are much closer than conduit. I think the actual diameter is something like 1.001 inches. I thought about conduit and it ended up being tons more weight compared to the aluminum tubing. Not to mention the Aluminum tubing was quite reasonably priced.

Nick, I am still indecided on that one. I am thinking more about strip planking it right now and the reason for this is because the distance between the bulkheads is all pretty much different. I think I will end up doing mostly strip planking and some foam in the more complex areas.
