turbines have a higher risk of property damage. we carry in excess of a gallon of fuel onboard and at 200 mph that gallon can spread on impact for quiet some distance and fires can and have got out of hand because of it. although I've seen smoking holes from LiPo powered fomies, I've never seen a glow powered aircraft crash start a fire.
