I ordered 100 of 2 of the types of screws linked above, and they shipped very quickly, unfortunately they are all too long.
Thread size is right though, so I guess I just need to keep looking. If anyone needs $13 worth of m3 screws and washers let me know.
Edit: placed another order for 8mm length. The ones I ordered previously were all 12mm.
