AFAIK, only in the land of clockwise glow engines. Never seen one.
The prop makers offer the meat and potato sizes as pushers - 7-4, 8-4, 8-6, 10-6, 10-7 etc - which considering the cost of machining a mold and the piddly sales of pusher props, is somewhat understandable.
