A West .50 V1 on the pipe will crank a 9-6 APC 20-21.?k for reference. I would believe something like maybe 19k on a 9-6 on the tuned muffler system. But a 10-8 is a big load even for a .61, and takes a gob of hp to spin it 19k. Probably 4hp+. It was a totally unrealistic claim and we were all interested in the reality, as you were.
