I think micromark sells a vise to hold round stock, and believe it or not there was just a tip in FLY RC about filling a tube with salt to bend it, I would think 1 of 2 options. You can either buy some solid brass rod that will fit inside the tube or maybe a wooden dowel... though the salt thing seemed interesting. WHichever, if you have a drill press and clamp the vise with the tube to the table you should be able to drill without wandering, if not you can always make a jig for the tube and a male counterpart from pine and drill a hole to use as a guide to keep the bit straight.. hope this helps
