Default Diamond Dust Electric

A while back I aquired a Diamond Dust from a friend of mine (Mike Connor). I first mounted my Rossi Q40 engine on it, but then decided to try an electric on it for a change. I'm going to do some surgery on it with a battery tray and hatch/fairing. I have 3 power systems to choose from, so I weighed the plane with each system.

(1) Medusa 28-56-2800 , Castle ICE 100 amp esc , 3S2P 4400 mah 30C pack : 2lb. 13oz. spins a 6X5.5 prop 31000 at 1000 watts (currently goes around 130 in my 3lb. 7oz. ritewing)

(2) Medusa 36-50-1600 , Castle HV-85 amp esc , 5S1P 2250 mah 30C pack : 2lb. 11oz. or 5S1P 3300 mah 20C pack : 2lb. 15.5oz. ,calcs show 6.5X6.5 prop 26000 at 1000 watts , pitch speed 160 and 90-100 oz. thrust.

(3) NEU 1907-1.5Y (915) , Castle HV-85 amp esc , 8S1P 2650 mah 30c pack : 3lb. 6oz. ,calcs show 7X8 prop 23900 at 1240 watts , pitch speed 180 and 120+ oz. thrust.

Has anybody ever flown a Dust at 3lb. 6oz. ???
What do you guys think I should go with? Hopefuly Mike will chime in too. I'd like to go with 2 or 3 , so I can leave my Ritewing intact.
